i once got yelled at for daring to tell her that VCDs will never have the resolution of DVDs.. now they give me bloody pics taken from a bloody Canon D-whatever MkII in TIFF format, 300dpi she's insisting i reject all the pictures saying they are lo-res and "lousy" when she doesn't even know how to zoom in and see the goddamned detail...

she said XXXX looks like a deathmask.. but he's bloody ugly to start with anyway... what she wants the photographer to do? stick Brad Pitt's face on him?
